Tiny Cheer Crew

Grade: Pre-K

A fun and energetic introduction to the world of cheerleading! Our Tiny Cheer Crew is designed specifically for our youngest athletes, giving them a welcoming and exciting environment to discover their love for cheer. Athletes will learn basic motions, jumps, and simple tumbling skills, all while building confidence and coordination. Through games, music, and movement, kids will develop teamwork, listening skills, and a love for performing. This class is the perfect first step for your little one’s cheer journey!

Little Peaks Tumbling

Grade: Pre-K

Designed specifically for our youngest athletes, Little Peaks Tumbling is the perfect introduction to the world of gymnastics and tumbling! This class focuses on building coordination, balance, and basic tumbling skills in a fun, playful, and encouraging setting. Through age-appropriate activities and games, athletes will develop body awareness, strength, and flexibility while gaining confidence on the mat. Our coaches create a supportive and nurturing environment where every little one can learn, grow, and shine. This class is the perfect foundation for any future tumbling or cheerleading journey!

Timberline Tumbling - Beginner

All Ages

Timberline Tumbling – Beginner is the perfect class for athletes who are just starting their tumbling journey! Open to all ages, this class focuses on building a strong foundation of essential tumbling skills including rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and back walkovers. With a strong emphasis on proper technique and body mechanics, athletes will develop the strength, flexibility, and confidence needed to progress in their tumbling skills. Our coaches are dedicated to ensuring each athlete learns in a safe and supportive environment, setting them up for long-term success on their tumbling journey. Whether your athlete is brand new to tumbling or looking to refine their basics, this class is the perfect place to start!

Alpine Tumbling - Intermediate/Advanced

All Ages

Alpine Tumbling – Intermediate/Advanced is designed for athletes who are ready to take their tumbling skills to the next level! This high energy class is focused on developing and perfecting more advanced tumbling skills including back handsprings, tucks, and advanced skill combinations. Athletes in this class will be challenged to push their boundaries while maintaining a strong emphasis on proper technique, strength, and conditioning. Our experienced coaches will work closely with each athlete to ensure safe skill progression and provide the individualized attention needed to help them reach their full potential. Whether your athlete is working toward their first back handspring or striving to perfect advanced combinations, Alpine Tumbling is the perfect environment to grow, excel, and thrive!

Elevation – Flyer & Stunt Class

Elevation – Flyer & Stunt Class is the ultimate class for athletes looking to soar to new heights! This specialized class is designed to help flyers develop and refine the skills needed to perform at their very best. Athletes will work on body control, balance, flexibility, and stunt technique to improve their overall flyer skills and stunt performance. Through focused drills and skill development, athletes will build the strength, confidence, and precision needed to execute stunning stunts with ease. Our experienced coaches will provide individualized guidance and attention to help each athlete progress safely and effectively. Whether your athlete is new to flying or looking to perfect their technique, Elevation is the perfect class to help them reach new heights and shine in the air!

Cheer Conditioning

All Ages

Cheer Conditioning is a strength and conditioning class specifically designed with cheerleaders in mind! This class focuses on improving endurance, flexibility, and overall athletic performance to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more resilient both on and off the mat. Through a variety of targeted exercises, stretching routines, and conditioning drills, athletes will build the physical foundation needed to excel in all areas of cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, and jumping. Our coaches will guide athletes through challenging yet fun workouts that are designed to push their limits while keeping safety and proper form at the forefront.
